The central research theme of the Columbia Integrated Systems Lab is integrated circuits and systems.
Many activities focus on the design, simulation and lab validation of analog, mixed-mode, radio-frequency, (sub)
mm-wave, power and digital circuits in nanoscale semiconductor technologies. Other projects focus on the novel systems
and applications that IC integration enables in signal processing, computation, communications, sensing, energy, power
management, cyber-physical systems, implantable biomedical electronics and biosystems.
