- Noise Analysis of Ideal Switched Capacitor Networks
- Switched Current Simulation (Frequency and Time Domain)
Switcap3, in addition to Switcap2 features, will have noise
analyses for ideal switched-capacitor circuits. It will also provide
frequency and time domain simulations for switched circuits that
contain MOSFETS but still completely settle within each switching
interval. This includes switched-current circuits and switched
capacitor circuits containing non-ideal op-amps or capacitors. (Noise
analyses for such circuits will not be available.) We plan to provide
the SPICE Level 3 and BSIM3v3 MOSFET models.
